NOTICE TO BID
The City of Wakefield is requesting bids for the Disposition of City-Owned Surplus Real Property.
Property information is as follows:
1) 53-05-501-100 at 1406 E Pierce St on 0.174 Acres of land in the R-1 Residential district with a minimum bid of $1,304.00
2) 53-05-501-000 at 1404 E Pierce St on 0.174 Acres of land in the R-1 Residential district with a minimum bid of $1,304.00
3) 53-11-500-600 at 1010 Bedell Ave on .321 Acres of land in the R-1 Residential district with the minimum bid $1,932.00
4) 53-04-501-400 at the corner of Hill St and Ahola Ave on 0.16 of land in the Residential district with the minimum bid of $1,169.00
Bids will be accepted until Thursday, March 4, 2021 at 11:00 A.M. at the City of Wakefield Municipal Building Clerkâs Office. Bids should be in a sealed envelope marked Surplus Real Property along with the Parcel number. Additional information can be obtained by calling the City Manager at 906-229-5131 ext 1003.
